Property Management Services

Full service is great for an owner/investor that is looking for a hands off solution to managing their investment. This package offers marketing, leasing, maintenance requests, payment collection and processing, along with document and file management.

Management only service is for an owner/investor that have a currently occupied property and need a property management company to take over managing the property. We will handle maintenance requests, payment collection and processing, along with document and file management.

Lease fee option is ideal for owners/investors that wants to self manage the property, however, need the services of tenant screening and placement, along with lease creation. This service is a fee only service. Once the lease is signed and the property is occupied, management of the property will be turned over to the owner/investor.

Inspection services are for owner/investor that is self managing the property, handling all of the management services, however, they would like to have their investment inspected on a regular schedule or periodically to ensure their investment is being well maintained and in good condition. This service is offered as quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. We also offer periodic impromptu inspections, as needed.
